15 MPs endorse MP Ndindi Nyoro for President in 2032
Fifteen Members of Parliament (MPs) have expressed their backing for Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro to potentially become President in 2032, should President William Ruto secure a second term.
The lawmakers, hailing from different regions, officially endorsed Nyoro during a gathering at Murang’a County’s Mumbi Grounds on Friday.
“Tafadhali ruhusini Nyoro atembee katika Kenya nzima, aendelee kukuza viongozi wengine na pia atengeneze marafiki,” Shinyala MP Fred Ikana added.
The endorsement of Nyoro has allegedly caused dissatisfaction among leaders aligned with Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, who has been working to solidify support in the region as part of his aspirations to emulate Ruto’s political path.
